Telstar provides added value and global solutions to address technological areas as diverse as Life and Health Sciences (Pharmaceutical, biotech and related industries), Scientific Research and Development (studies for aerospace, telecommunications, microelectronics, etc...) and Industry (automotive, domestic and industrial cooling, chemicals, etc...).

Established in 1963, Telstar has diversified its business and has undergone rapid growth, tripling its turnover in the last seven years. Operating in over a hundred countries, Telstar has a worldwide presence, with facilities in Spain, China, USA, UK, The Netherlands and Germany. As a global company, Telstar is constantly expanding its international presence and nowadays over 80% of total turnover is generated outside of Spain. Based in Terrassa, a town close to the dynamic metropolitan area of Barcelona (Spain), Telstar currently has a team of 750 highly qualified employees.

Telstar has developed a strong customer-oriented perspective and based on this has organised its business into three divisions to address the requirements of each of its target markets:

• Telstar Life Science solutions:  Pharmaceutical, medical-hospital, biotechnological and laboratory sectors.

• Telstar Vacuum solutions: Physics and aerospace industry, automotive industry, domestic and industrial refrigeration industry, chemical, electrical and electronic industries, etc.

• Telstar Instruments for solutions: Research and development centres and general industry.
