The most habitual educational profiles in Telstar are: 

• Industry-based Engineers (specialised in fundamental and detail engineering, to become involved in project-based engineering activities); Business Studies Graduates; Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, etc.
• Vocational training in Electronics, Electricity, Mechanics, Heating and Cooling or similar experience.

Telstar is a company with international presence whose clients and suppliers are also international and therefore knowledge of English language is, to a greater or lesser extent, absolutely indispensable and other languages are also valuable.  For the same reason many roles provide opportunities for travel.
